Exterior: Grading, outside wall coverings,doors, windows, trim, soffits & fascia, patios, decks, driveways and walkways.
Roof: Conditions, drainage, roof penitrations, affects of folage.
Plumbing: Supply & distribution, fixtures, waste & venting, water heater, related piping.
Electrical: Service Entrance, main Panel, grounding, GFCI installation, branch circuits.
HVAC: Function of heating and air conditioning systems. Insulation and ventilation.
Interior: walls, ceilings, doors, windows, floors, railings & steps, smoke detectors, fireplaces.
Kitchen & Bath: performance of major components and installed appliances.
Contract & Inspection Agreement, Invoice.
